Instructions
* Place corned beef and onion in the pot, add spice packet and broth, and cook on LOW for 8 hours (or HIGH pressure for 80 minutes in an Instant Pot).
* Add the cabbage wedges into the pot during the last hour of slow cooking (or quick-release pressure, add cabbage, and manual pressure cook for 4 minutes).
