Drink it for three days and you'll notice the change: zero cholesterol, zero arthritis, zero fatigue.

Here are two low-carb, keto-friendly ways to prepare cranberry sauce—one classic version and one smooth, creamy fluff option.
Low-Carb Spiced Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
 * 12 oz (340g) fresh or frozen whole cranberries
 * 1/2 cup granular erythritol, monk fruit, or sweetener of choice
 * 3/4 cup water
 * 1 tbsp fresh orange zest (or 1 tbsp orange juice)
 * 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 * 1 pinch ground cloves or nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
 * Combine: In a medium saucepan, stir together the water, sweetener, orange zest, and cinnamon over medium heat until the sweetener dissolves.
 * Simmer: Add the cranberries and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low-medium and simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally. The cranberries will pop and break down.
 * Thicken: Remove from heat once the berries have burst and the mixture starts to thicken. It will thicken further as it cools.
 * Chill: Pour into jars and allow to cool completely before refrigerating.
Cranberry Orange Greek Yogurt Fluff
Ingredients
 * 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
 * 1/3 cup cooled Low-Carb Spiced Cranberry Sauce (from recipe above)
 * 2 tbsp sugar-free orange-flavored gelatin powder (or 1 tsp orange extract + sweetener)
 * 1/2 cup unsweetened heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
 * Optional: 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts for topping
Instructions
 * Blend: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and sugar-free orange gelatin powder until completely smooth.
 * Swirl: Gently fold in the cooled low-carb cranberry sauce and whipped cream until fluffy and combined.
 * Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set before serving. Top with chopped nuts if desired.
